In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "et33" refers to the et33 platform, its operators, and any related services accessible via et33.io.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the et33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on et33.io.
• "Services" refers to all betting, casino, gaming, and related services made available through et33.io.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or incentive granted by et33 to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and et33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Use of the et33 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. et33 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, or contractor of et33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from et33 or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting in your personal capacity only — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

et33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on et33. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change. et33 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. et33 will never contact you and ask for your password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify et33 immediately by contacting [email protected]. et33 will investigate such reports promptly and take appropriate action to secure the account.

et33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Available payment methods may change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. et33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits reflect in your et33 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. et33 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the player's payment provider or mobile banking service.

• All funds deposited into your et33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made using accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• et33 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between player accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit. et33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts in names other than the verified account holder, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully complete — identity document, proof of address, and payment method confirmation all approved.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have met their respective wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• There must be no open fraud investigation or account review pending on your account.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

Verified accounts can expect withdrawals via bKash and Nagad to be processed within an average of four (4) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required. et33 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the et33 system.

et33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests prior to processing. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as determined by et33 at its sole discretion.

et33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply to all et33 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
• et33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player account under any circumstances.
• The use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method to exploit bonus terms is considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any withdrawals made using bonus-derived funds.
• et33 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus payment if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error or in bad faith.

All bets placed and games played on et33 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on et33, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All betting and gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live event results, as applicable to the product.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by et33, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• et33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• et33 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time in response to significant in-game events, suspicious betting patterns, or data feed interruptions.
• Winnings are credited to your et33 account balance upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the et33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the et33 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the et33 platform or its games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).
• Using the et33 platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating a syndicate through the et33 platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward et33 staff or other platform users.

et33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. et33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session end times to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.

et33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Technical, security, or regulatory reasons that necessitate account action.

Upon account termination for a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at et33's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., player-initiated closure), verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding due diligence procedures.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the et33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language of this document and of the et33 platform. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.
